Relationship between Psychological Hardiness and Resilience with Mental Health in Athlete Students in the Guilan Unit of University of Applied Science and Technology

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between psychological hardiness and resilience with mental health in athletic students Guilan Provincial University. This research is a correlation population includes all Applied Science Technology Sampling done randomly from among climbers Rasht city (61 people). We used Conner Davidson Resource Scale(CD-RISC) questionnaire, Iran Ahvaz Hardiness questionnaire also GHQ for collecting information.
